Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way! Our business operates Tuesday - Saturday.

STORE PICKUP - 18 Sheep Street, Rugby, CV21 3BU (Will be available from the 6th January 2023)

Orders can be picked up any time during our opening hours of 9.00-17.00 Tuesday to Saturday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using EVRI Standard delivery service which takes 2-4 days. There is a flat rate shipping fee for orders £49.99 or under of £5.99, for orders over £50.00 shipping is free. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Exclusions apply, please refer to our Written return and refund policy for details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at louisa@lous-sewing-studio.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
